Job summary

Autodesk, Inc. is seeking a Director of Forma Design Industry Strategy to drive the GTM and strategic direction for the Forma Industry Cloud.

You will lead a strategy team, synthesize market signals, and Evangelize Forma with customers, partners, and industry leaders while collaborating closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution. Qualifications

10+ years in strategy, GTM, product, or management consulting in or near the AEC industry.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy for the Forma Industry Cloud and GTM direction, setting priorities and guiding investments.
Turn customer, market, competitive, and product signals into a clear point of view using qualitative and quantitative data.
Guide decisions on pricing, packaging, portfolio clarity, and adoption of Forma across planning, design, and delivery.
Build frameworks, briefs, and recommendations to help leadership make confident decisions.
Be a strong evangelist for Forma inside Autodesk and externally with customers and partners.
Shape the product roadmap by partnering with the Forma design product team.
Align senior stakeholders on Forma's positioning and execution.
