Skretting Aquaculture Innovation (AI) is seeking a curious and business-oriented Partnership Data & Value Creation Manager to join our Salmon Innovation Team in Stavanger, Norway. This role focuses on transforming strategic customer data partnerships into scalable solutions that improve fish performance and farming decisions.

You will bridge aquaculture knowledge with digital development, working with R&D, digital teams, and customers to translate insights into measurable value and to drive

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in aquaculture, biology, fish health, data science, business, or related discipline.
• Experience in aquaculture, innovation, business development, digital product development, or customer partnerships.
• Strong understanding of salmon production and fish biology.
• Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear development requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven innovation within strategic customer partnerships.
• Identify opportunities that create value for both customers and Skretting.
• Translate customer challenges and biological insights into clear requirements for R&D and Digital teams.
• Guide the development and improvement of growth, fish-quality, and other decision-support models.
• Explore new applications of health-monitoring and production data.
• Develop business cases, value propositions, and success measures for selected initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects from opportunity identification through development and implementation.
• Document outcomes and establish scalable approaches for other partnerships.
