Strong experimental design, fish trials, and statistical analysis skills.
Structured, analytical, and results-oriented mindset; ability to translate research into practical solutions.
Excellent communication in English and ability to work across cultures.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, execute and interpret research studies related to fish nutrition.
Develop and lead investigations of nutritional solutions, with emphasis on optimising feed formulations, enhancing growth performance, and improving overall health and welfare.
Provide technical support on fish nutrition and formulation topics to our operating companies.
Manage collaborative projects with internal and external partners, including universities, research institutes, funding organisations, and suppliers.
Communicate results and findings to key stakeholders and support the implementation of innovations.
