Job summary

You will work closely with senior leadership, shaping the equity story, coordinating quarterly reporting and earnings materials, and ensuring timely, compliant market communications across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, financial communications, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and disclosure requirements.
• Experience preparing investor presentations, earnings materials, stock exchange announcements, and other financial communications.
• High integrity, discretion, and handling of market-sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Investor & Analyst Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and capital markets stakeholders.
• Financial Communication: Lead the preparation and coordination of quarterly reporting, earnings calls, investor presentations, and press releases.
• Capital Markets Activities: Plan and support investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences with the CEO and CFO.
• Equity Story & Market Insights: Shape Elopak's equity story through market trends and peer analysis.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliant handling of market-sensitive information and regulatory requirements.
