Job summary

HP Norway is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to join the Managed Services Delivery team in Norway. You will be the primary contact for service delivery, balancing customer experience, performance, risk, and continuous improvement to realise value for customers.

You will collaborate with customers, delivery teams, sales, account management, and specialists to resolve challenges, strengthen governance, and drive long-term customer success, across multi-region environments.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 5–10 years of relevant experience in customer-facing service delivery, IT service management, managed services, business operations, customer success, or a related area.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and complex service environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and leading through influence across functions and regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer leadership and relationship management across operational, management, and executive levels.
• Oversee service delivery performance, governance, incidents, risks, and escalations with clear ownership.
• Drive regular reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to improve value, cost, and outcomes.
• Monitor service health, costs, forecasts, and delivery commitments; identify growth opportunities with sales teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to enable end-to-end service delivery.
