Head Energy AS seeks a Category Lead to define and own the category strategy, manage supplier performance, and govern commercial frameworks across projects and regions. The role requires strong procurement expertise in oil & gas environments.

Responsibilities include ensuring fit-for-purpose procurement approaches, overseeing supplier onboarding, and coordinating with Operations, Projects, and Finance to resolve issues. The position offers permanent or project-based opportunities.

Qualificações

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Significant procurement experience in oil & gas or industrial environments.
• Proven capability in category ownership, commercial governance, and supplier management.
• Strong understanding of contracts, commercial risk, and regulatory frameworks.
• Good communication skills in English and Norwegian.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain a category strategy, including scope, supplier segmentation, sourcing models, and risk profile.
• Act as the single accountable owner for expenses, suppliers, and performance within the assigned category.
• Ensure procurement approaches are fit for purpose across operations, projects, and regional needs.
• Own and enforce commercial frameworks: contracts, terms and NDAs, change management.
• Oversee supplier onboarding, qualification, and revalidation per API Q2 / ISO requirements.
• Interface with Operations, Projects, Engineering, Finance, and Quality to resolve issues.

Formação académica
