Job summary

Andøya Space seeks an Assets Manager to lead the Assets function within the Operations and Assets department. You will manage assets, infrastructure, and operational sites, ensuring readiness and sustainable lifecycle planning.

Qualifications

• Higher education in engineering, business administration, logistics, asset management, or related discipline.
• Experience from asset management, operations management, or technical environments.
• Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
• Good understanding of systems, infrastructure, and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with resource planning, prioritization, and coordination.
• Experience with KPI monitoring and regulatory compliance is advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication in English; Norwegian an advantage.
• Valid Class B driver's license and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Line management responsibility for the Team Leads of Systems, Configuration and Launch Area.
• Assets, infrastructure, and operational site management.
• Operational readiness, asset lifecycle management, and long-term planning.
• Resource planning, budgeting, KPI follow-up, and regulatory compliance.
• Prioritization and promotion of assets, infrastructure, and operational improvement initiatives.
