Job summary

Andøya Space is seeking an Assets Manager to join the Operations and Assets department, reporting to the Director of Operations and Assets. You will manage assets, systems, infrastructure, and sites, ensuring efficient resource use, readiness, and lifecycle management.

You will collaborate with Teams in Systems, Configuration, and Launch Area, set up governance, drive improvement initiatives, and communicate needs to projects and stakeholders to sustain safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education in engineering, business administration, logistics, asset management, or a related discipline.
• Experience from asset management, operations management, or technical environments.
• Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
• Good understanding of systems, infrastructure, and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with resource planning, prioritization, and coordination.
• Experience with KPI monitoring and regulatory compliance is an advantage.
• Strong digital skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Norwegian language skills are an advantage.
• Valid driver's license (Class B) and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Line management responsibility for the Team Leads of Systems, Configuration and Launch Area.
• Assets, infrastructure, and operational site management.
• Operational readiness, asset lifecycle management, and long-term planning.
• Resource planning, budgeting, KPI follow-up, and regulatory compliance.
• Prioritization and promotion of assets, infrastructure, and operational improvement initiatives.
