Responsibilities

• Lead store team on the shop floor, ensuring high customer service standards across departments.
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs; translate insights into actions to drive commercial performance.
• Ensure optimal product management from stock flow to replenishment and rotation.
• Guarantee consistent visual and brand image standards and maximise sales impact.
• Organise resources, schedule, onboarding, training, and feedback while ensuring HR and risk policies.
