Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• Commerce bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Financial or Management diploma preferred.
• 5–10 years of retail experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a junior to mid-level management position.
• Inwards and Outwards Logistics/Procurement skills.
• Merchandising principles knowledge.
• Preferably knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Responsibilities

• Manage profitability through costs, sales turnover and returns.
• Plan and budget with Operations Executive and Regional Manager.
• Procurement, stock control, and merchandising alignment with policies.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and control variances.
• Ensure store budget is compiled and adhered to.
• Deliver effective customer service and coordinate promotions to grow brand share.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and branch staff performance.
• Perform operational analyses to diagnose issues and opportunities.
• Inspire and manage staff while upholding company policies and culture.
• Ensure legal compliance and governance across operations.
