- Knowledgeable in performance management – you have in-depth knowledge of sales processes and leverage this to coach your team. You are experienced in managing performance at both team and individual levels.
- Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset with a great understanding of the local market.
- Operational and strategic in your leadership, while always remaining hands-on.
- Experienced in change management, with the proven ability to lead and engage people through and beyond change.
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully. Fluent in English and Norwegian.
- A valid Driver’s license.
