Job summary

Catalyst Brands seeks a Store Manager (Specialty) to lead a store, build a high-performing team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive profitability. You will recruit, train, and supervise associates while upholding brand standards and operating standards.

The role reports to the District Manager and requires driven leadership, strong drive for results, flexibility, and occasional travel to other store locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in similar volume/ apparel
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations
• Flexible availability to meet business needs (including evenings and weekends)
• May require occasional travel to other store locations and attend district meetings

Responsibilities

• Use data and market knowledge to create action plans and hit financial, customer-service and operational goals
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent individuals
• Motivate and engage the team by identifying strengths
• Provide and receive feedback to improve performance and development
• Communicate clear expectations and hold the store team accountable to results
• Ensure store merchandising and operations standards are met
• Oversee controllable expenses such as payroll and training to increase profitability
• Lead through challenging situations while maintaining composure
• Lead floor sets and merchandising/visual expectations
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and manage in the absence of the Assistant Manager

You are responsible for managing all aspects of a store; including hiring and training the best associates to represent the brand and overseeing all store operations to reach company sales and profitability goals. The Store Manager reports to the District Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership or assistance with floor sets, window changes, and other merchandising and visual expectations.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute management functions in the absence of Assistant Manager.
