This role emphasizes mentoring, scalable design, and delivering robust APIs within a microservices framework, with a focus on reliability, performance and global scalability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional backend experience building production-grade systems.
• Strong expertise in modern C++ with memory management, concurrency and performance.
• Experience designing distributed systems and microservices at scale.
• Strong knowledge of multithreading, networking, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with REST/gRPC APIs and service-oriented architecture.
• Familiarity with containerized environments and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Ability to mentor engineers and drive long-term technical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of high-performance backend systems powering BIM and construction tech.
• Architect scalable services aligned with microservices architecture.
• Own initiatives from concept to production, ensuring reliability, maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, Infrastructure, and Platform teams to deliver APIs and services.
• Promote engineering best practices in design, testing, and performance.
• Drive architectural decisions for enterprise-scale customers across markets.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers with code reviews and design guidance.
• Contribute to CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence.
