Sr Product Analyst, ReCommerce – AI Experiments (Remote)

Job summary

Vend is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to drive experimentation and marketplace product development in the ReCommerce vertical across the Nordics. You will work with a small, skilled team to transform data into actionable product decisions and scalable measurement foundations.

Based in Oslo with the flexibility to work three days remotely per week, you will partner with PMs, UX designers, developers, and other analysts to ship impactful features and build reusable models for the entire team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Amplitude, or similar tools.
• Fluent SQL skills (experience with dbt and Snowflake).
• Experience across the product lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
• Python or Streamlit experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work 3 days remotely per week.

Responsibilities

• Design and interpret experiments that connect product changes to commercial outcomes - including revenue, liquidity, and marketplace health.
• Build reusable measurement foundations: cohort models, segmentation frameworks, and KPI definitions that the broader team can draw on repeatedly.
• Run deep-dive analyses into category dynamics, user behavior, and competitive positioning across our Nordic marketplaces.
• Define success metrics and guardrails for product initiatives, including AI-driven features where measurement discipline is crucial.
• Create clear dashboards and reports that inform both day-to-day decisions and strategic direction.
