Porsche Norge AS, a subsidiary of Porsche AG and the official importer of Porsche in Norway, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Retail Marketing position within our dynamic Marketing team. Acting as a key link between communication, events, and CRM, this role ensures that national strategies are adapted and activated locally through close collaboration with our dealer network. We are looking for a Retail Marketing professional with a passion for supporting our dealer partners, a drive to learn and grow, keen eye for managing brands and a commercial mindset. In this position, you will be responsible for guiding, developing, and supporting local marketing activities, while also sharing retail insights that strengthen the connection between customer behavior, showroom performance, and marketing strategy.

Tasks

  • Guidance, training, and development of regional marketing leaders within the dealer network to ensure the implementation of central strategies and guidelines for the brand
  • Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing activities at the regional level and providing recommendations for improvements as needed
  • Execute and manage marketing activities in an interdisciplinary marketing department
  • Monitor and support local marketing budgets, including activity tracking, budget allocation, and reporting across the dealer network.
  • Manage and coordinate external vendors (such as media agencies, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business/marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry or equivalent
  • Structured, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and highly motivated
  • Knowledge and experience in project management
  • Team-oriented, independent, and proactive work style
  • Ability to handle projects in a dynamic and international work culture
  • Good written and oral presentation skills in English and Norwegian, German is beneficial
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365
