We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist Nordics to support and execute purchasing activities that deliver cost savings while maintaining product quality and service excellence. In this role, you’ll analyze data, manage vendor relationships, and ensure alignment with our Procurement Policy and Source to Pay process across Norway, Finland, Sweden, and Denmark.

This position reports directly to the Regional Director of Procurement and is ideal for a resourceful and creative individual who thrives on identifying optimal purchasing options, enhancing supplier performance, and exploring process improvements.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Executing purchasing activities to optimize cost, quality, and service levels.
• Performing data analytics, cleansing, and spending analysis to support decision-making.
• Monitoring vendor performance and ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines.
• Resolving operational issues directly with vendors.
• Enforcing adherence to Procurement Policy and Source to Pay processes across the region.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or related disciplines (Procurement, Mineral Science, or Chemical Engineering is a plus).
• At least 3 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Buying roles.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• A proactive, organized, and curious mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
