Job summary

Eidel is seeking a Test Engineer to join our ILS team, ensuring the quality and reliability of our space and defense electronics and systems. You will work across hardware, software, and project management to test modules, document results, and support production and installation at customer sites.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, meticulous attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Technical background in electronics or related field with practical hands-on focus.
• Experience in production testing or quality control is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Some years of relevant work experience preferred; new graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document testing of modules and products
• Perform incoming inspection and quality control
• Integrate and assemble Eidel's systems
• Support serial production and development projects
• Install products and systems at customer sites and deliver user training
• Register and handle deviations and non-conformances
• Provide customer support and follow-up on service and maintenance contracts
