Job summary

DHL Group, a global logistics leader, invites a procurement professional to join its Corporate Procurement team in Norway. You will implement category strategies, collaborate with local and regional teams, and lead supplier negotiations to maximize value.

The role requires at least 2 years in procurement, a bachelor's degree, and strong English and Norwegian communication, with MS Office proficiency. This in-country position offers an international, virtual work environment and development

• Establish local or sub-regional frame contracts while identifying strategic sourcing opportunities and managing relationships with strategic suppliers.
• Integrate Procurement services and processes within the business divisions, ensuring maximum value, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in terms of quality, price, and service.
• Specialize in the strategic sourcing of goods and services to drive cost reduction and maintain quality standards in line with the DPDHL Sustainability Roadmap.
• Embrace the latest sourcing technologies and innovations, utilizing active market intelligence to keep the procurement process agile and forward-looking.

Job Purpose

Implement best local & sub-regional category specific strategies based on internal business requirements. Work closely with local and regional procurement teams to ensure identify and recommend the "best in class" suppliers and maintain good relationships with Business Partners.
