1. Have experience with ServiceNow and can prepare solution designs that contribute to process optimization for our customers' strategic goals.
2. Have the ability and desire to work with both technology and customers.
3. Can build a bridge between the business and IT and convey how the technology can solve business needs and problems.
4. Able to translate our customers' needs and wishes into concrete actions.
5. Thrive in advisory situations and love a fast-paced environment.
6. Have experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum.
7. Are service-minded and happy to help colleagues who have questions or need input.
8. Can speak fluently in Norwegian and English.

Characteristics of our ServiceNow solution architects (one or more of the following):

1. Have certifications within administration or application development of the ServiceNow platform.
2. Work according to the Agile/Scrum delivery method.
3. Have experience in advising clients.
4. Have strong communication skills.
5. Have knowledge of or have worked with the technologies in the ServiceNow platform such as:
