This structured 1-to-2-year program offers hands-on experience, challenging assignments, and exposure to various teams across NOV. Participants will develop strong technical expertise and business knowledge, preparing them for impactful full-time positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain software for industrial equipment and applications.
  • Assist in software debugging, testing, and troubleshooting before release.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements.
  • Participate in design reviews and collaborate on software solutions.
  • Support the implementation, training, and maintenance of software products.
Qualifications:
Essential:
  • Recent graduate (1-2 years) or graduating before June/July 2025.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Desired:
  • Experience with PLC software (STEP 7/TIA Portal, RSLogix).
  • Programming experience in C#, C++, .NET, Qt, Java, JavaScript, PHP, or Python.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Gerrit, Bamboo).
  • Knowledge of network architecture, firewalls, and router configurations (Siemens, Cisco).
  • Understanding of databases (OSI Soft - PI, MongoDB, SQL).
  • Exposure to oil and gas equipment or industrial automation.
