Overview

Glint Solar is an Oslo-based startup accelerating the solar energy revolution. We streamline the process of finding optimal solar project locations using GIS and climate data, making renewable energy development faster and simpler.

The Team

The Role

We seek experienced software engineers that are skilled in their craft and always keep the big picture in mind. Software engineers are involved early from understanding the problems customers face, prioritization and how to best solve them, together with design and product. We don\'t have separate front-end, back-end or infrastructure teams, everyone is "full-stack", but it\'s ok to have a preference.

Day to day you will be working with React, Node and Python. We use AWS as our infrastructure provider. Our product is heavily centered around maps, and we use Mapbox as our map provider.

Our product team is on-site in Oslo so for this role we expect you to come in to the office as a rule. That said, we offer flexibility around working remotely when needed.
