The role

We seek eager software engineers to help scale our Credit Card Authorization platform. You will implement new functionality, architect systems, maintain code health, and grow as an engineer across the entire product lifecycle, solving technical, product, and operational challenges.

What you’ll do:

• Lead development and testing of systems and services
• Shape the technical architecture of the product
• Translate product requirements into user stories and solutions
• Deliver scalable, highly available services
• Mentor engineers and support team growth
• Write, test, deploy efficient code impacting millions
• Innovate with new ideas and technologies
• Communicate with project leads and stakeholders

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years programming experience with modern stacks (Java/Python preferred)
• Experience with Cloud/distributed systems (AWS preferred)
• Knowledge of Continuous Delivery and DevOps
• Emerging leadership and system design skills

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range is $105,600 — $198,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, and location. Additional bonuses or incentives may apply. Benefits information can be found here.
