Job summary

Fortica is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead daily on-site work in Norway. You will supervise crews and subcontractors, ensure work follows drawings, plans and quality standards, and maintain safety and quality on site.

You will conduct site inspections, report progress, and participate in coordination meetings with clients and other contractors. Strong reading of drawings, English proficiency and driving licence are required, with willingness to travel across Norway and abroad.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a supervisor or foreman in construction.
• Experience from data centres, industrial or commercial buildings is a plus.
• You can read construction drawings and follow specifications.
• You know safety and quality on a construction site.
• Good English, spoken and written.
• Driving licence class B.
• Flexible and mobile: willing to travel and work on projects in Norway and abroad.

Fortica builds and finishes data centres across Norway and the Nordics. As Site Supervisor you lead the daily work on site and make sure it is done safely, on time and to the right quality.

What you will do

Our scope on site: ceilings, sandwich panels (insulated wall and roof panels), flashing, penetration sealing, finishing works and site services.

Who you are

2+ years' experience as a supervisor or foreman in construction

Experience from data centres, industrial or commercial buildings is a plus

You can read construction drawings and follow specifications

You know safety and quality on a construction site

Good English, spoken and written

Driving licence class B
