Job summary

CTS Group in Fyresdal, Norway, is seeking a Site Engineer to support the delivery of a major data centre project. The role focuses on setting out, survey control, datums, and temporary works coordination on-site.

You will work with Site Managers, CSA teams, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure works follow approved drawings and project requirements, maintaining quality and accurate records on site.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical qualification in Civil/Construction Engineering or Surveying.
• Experience as Site Engineer on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience with setting out, levels, datums and survey control.
• Knowledge of temporary works and construction sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and coordinate setting out across assigned areas.
• Establish and maintain site datums, control points, and survey data.
• Verify dimensions, levels, coordinates and tolerances.
• Support temporary works planning and coordination.
• Review drawings and technical information before construction.
• Maintain accurate site records and as-built data.
• Support inspections, quality checks and handover documentation.
