Job summary

Blank Street is seeking a Shift Leader in the UK to join a fast-paced cafe team. You will lead by example, train staff on recipes, and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures while delivering friendly service to customers.

You will work 35 hours per week across 5 days, including peak days, driving sales and maintaining quality and a welcoming neighbourhood vibe. Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to train others.
• Proven ability to lead a small team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality coffee products with energy and warmth.
• Train new employees on recipes and processes, ensure uniforms and positive vibes.
• Open and close the location safely; manage cleaning duties during shifts.
