As a Sales Manager in our Global Services (GS) team in Norway, you will lead a talented team of Services Sales Representatives. Your mission will be to develop a high-performance team that meets sales targets while managing some key accounts and opportunities yourself.

What will you be doing?

  1. Lead forecasting efforts and ensure sales targets are met.
  2. Understand key customers and implement customer processes for optimal coverage.
  3. Strategically assign accounts to the appropriate sales channels.
  4. Collaborate closely with other sales teams in Norway and the Nordic Zone.
  5. Directly manage complex customers and opportunities.
  6. Drive transformation towards a digital, consultative business approach.
  7. Attract, recruit, onboard, and develop new talent for your team.

What will help you succeed in this role?

  1. Solid experience from Energy or IT industry, especially in customer-facing roles.
  2. Proven track record in managing high-performing teams.
  3. Strong skills in identifying and engaging with new and existing customers. Strong consultative selling skills.
  4. Ability to build lasting customer relationships at all levels (partners, end users, C-level).
  5. Natural networking skills and managing relationships in a matrix organization.
  6. Understanding of pricing and margins.
  7. Basic technical understanding from segments such as Cloud & Service Provider, Power & Grid as well as overall knowledge of software, digital transformation, and solution services.
  8. 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years in a sales leadership role.
  9. Experience from Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, UPS, Cooling or Industrial Automation is a plus but not required.
  10. Fluent in Norwegian and English languages.
