Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a ServiceNow/ITSM Workflow Consultant for a contract-based, hybrid role. You will configure and improve ITSM workflows, capture evidence and enforce operational controls to support resilience delivery.

The role requires transforming process requirements into user stories and designs, plus delivering dashboards and reports to demonstrate ITSM performance. A consultancy-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring or designing workflows in ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms.
• Understanding of ITSM processes including incident, change, problem, service request, CMDB, knowledge, continuity actions and reporting.
• Ability to convert process requirements into user stories, workflow designs, form requirements and data capture rules.
• Experience with evidence management, reporting, dashboards, automation or system-of-record design is desirable.
• Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to balance platform capability, user experience, governance and resilience evidence requirements.

I'm looking for a ServiceNow/ITSM Workflow Consultant who can work for a credible business on a contract basis. This role will be a hybrid working role. The requirement will be to deliver a consultancy piece.

Your new role

The ServiceNow / ITSM Workflow Consultant role sits within the Computacenter Tech Ops Res suite of services to configure and improve ITSM workflows, evidence capture and operational controls that support Operational Resilience delivery.
