Job description

Are you our next ServiceNow IT Operations Management Solution Consultant?

Are you looking to accelerate your career and want to work with one of the leading cloud-based Platforms? Then you have come to the right place!

We are looking for people that have:

  1. Demonstrated experience in guiding and supporting ITOM suite engagements during presales, design and implementation stages.
  2. Experience in leading at least three full lifecycle ITOM implementations, with specialization and certifications in Configuration Management, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
  3. Solid understanding of CMDB relationships and hierarchy, CMDB Health (Dashboards) and the CSDM framework.
  4. Expert knowledge of third-party integrations with ServiceNow.
  5. Strong ITSM working knowledge with the ability to articulate the benefits of the integrated ITSM and ITOM approach as part of Service Operations.
  6. Experience with designing, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow ITOM solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices and standards.
  7. A track record in leading customers through knowledge and requirements discussions and workshops for implementing ServiceNow ITOM.
  8. Can master both the technical and business side in order to become the bridge that enables technology to solve business needs.
  9. Can speak fluently Norwegian and English.

  1. 6+ years of ServiceNow related experience.
  2. Excellent ITOM business domain understanding, with the ability to translate theoretical concepts and client requirements into practical solutions that deliver value.
  3. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, development, and best practices.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and experience working with a diverse team.
  5. Has general IT-infrastructure competence and understanding.
  6. Has strong communication, presentation and report writing skills.
  7. Experience with Agile and Scrum development approaches.
