An incredible opportunity awaits you as Service engineer for autonomy vessels. You will be part of Global Customer support’s new group for unmanned vessels. In this role, you will join a team of highly skilled engineers who support each other and collaborate effectively to meet professional challenges and achieve common goals. Your workday will involve a mix of field service onboard vessels or at the Remote Operation Center, along with technical and remote support from your office base.

Responsibilities
  • Perform field service and provide technical support to KM’s remote and Autonomy customers.
  • Assist other departments with technical assistance during commissioning and testing.
  • Contribute to the development of our Autonomy solutions for the future.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to provide holistic support to our customers.
  • Some travel may be required.
Qualifications and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation, or higher education from a technical or maritime university.
  • Proficient IT and network skills.
  • Experience with one of KM’s core products is advantageous.
  • Maritime experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly motivated to support customers in their operations.
