Job summary

Ably Medical in Oslo Science Park (Forskningsparken) is seeking a senior technical project manager to lead multidisciplinary development across hardware, embedded software, cloud services and analytics. You will turn approved product requirements into realistic plans, resolving trade-offs and aligning internal engineers, external partners and AI agents around delivery.

Reporting to the CEO, you will give the organization a clear view of progress, risks and decisions, while managing design

Qualifications

5+ years in technical project management of multidisciplinary product development, preferably medical devices.
ISO 13485-governed development projects with integrated software, including V&V and design transfer.
CE marking experience under EU MDR 2017/745, with regulatory evidence support.
Strong governance of AI agents in regulated medical device development.
System architecture across hardware, embedded software, cloud and analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead technical work to implement product needs and priorities with clear ownership.
Coordinate QARA on regulatory evidence and manufacturing readiness with Operations.
Plan, run delivery with internal and external teams and AI agents.
Ensure traceability, design control and cybersecurity compliance throughout projects.
Provide regular sign-off and progress updates to CEO and management.
