Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Subsea Systems Engineer to lead Front End Engineering and Development (FEED) studies for subsea projects in a global context. You will guide cross‑disciplinary teams and partner with product experts to optimize field developments and deliver successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes systems engineering across feasibility to FEED, interface management, and collaboration with customers, vendors, and SURF partners to advance technology initiatives and proposals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering, Project Engineering and Engineering Management.
• Experience in subsea disciplines and offshore environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead FEED studies and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading FEED studies for subsea projects.
• Providing engineering support from feasibility through FEED.
• Developing and optimizing subsea field concepts across lifecycle.
• Managing interfaces between global product teams, SURF partners, and customers.
• Supporting tendering, detailed engineering and project execution with technical guidance.
• Leading process improvements and data-driven decision making, with progress reporting.
