Job summary

Head Energy in Rogaland, Stavanger region, seeks an experienced Subsea Engineer to join our offshore IMR team. You will participate in planning, executing IMR tasks onshore and offshore, and contribute to continuous improvements across subsea assets.

You will use your mechanical engineering background and offshore experience to guide method development, data management and liaison with IMR suppliers, acting as a strong company representative during offshore operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering, subsea, controls/cybernetics, marine tech or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and English and Norwegian language proficiency.
• Experience from offshore operations; ROV systems preferred.
• Certificate of apprenticeship within relevant subject appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Cost and schedule follow up and reporting
• Structuring and complementing collected data such as video, subsea status management, lessons learned etc.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc within mechanical engineering, subsea, controls/cybernetics, marine tech or similar subjects
• Strong analytical skill
• English and Norwegian language working proficiency
• Strong contributor to HSSEQ performance and culture
• Experience from offshore operations, ROV systems (operations and/or maintenance) is preferred.
• Certificate of apprenticeship within relevant subject will be appreciated
