Qualifications

  • Expertise in carbon capture technologies, particularly amine-based post‑combustion capture and gas treatment.
  • Experience leading R&D or innovation programmes.
  • Track record translating research into commercial/industrial applications.
  • Knowledge of process design, plant operations and troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration with technical, commercial and project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop carbon capture technology strategy and drive execution across programmes.
  • Lead and support R&D and innovation initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance for studies, projects and product development activities.
  • Review and enhance technical specifications, methodologies and procedures.
  • Mentor and develop engineers and technology specialists.
  • Engage with customers and external partners to support growth and project delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and intellectual property development.
