The Solution Sales function is responsible for driving growth in specific lines of business. Always with focus on bringing value to the customer by being their preferred partner of data and analytics – local and global. In this role you will be interpreting and defining client needs in order to the client’s goals, and requirements with Dun & Bradstreet’s products’ capabilities and value. In this role, you will lead the sales process with help from a team of expertise and support the customer in their buying process.


Key Responsibilities;
  • Drive sale - budget
  • Sell complex solutions based on existing product portfolio appliedto our customers needs and requirements.
  • Proactively hunt new business opportunities within aligned segments.
  • When signed - work with Post-Sales and KAM to transition/ handover to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain an in-dept knowledge of sales processes and how to work effectively and professional to help our customers in their buyer journey.
  • Maintain an in-dept business knowledge to understand the customers pain and needs and how to build business case.
  • Maintain knowledge of our competitive solutions with area of expertise and how they can help our customers.
To be successful in this role we believe you have;
  • Ability and experience to lead complex sales processes.
  • Deep experience in new business sales within a specific solution set, leveraging a challenger sales approach and business case.
  • Excellent negotiation, strong presentation skills, as well as written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in an ever-changing environment.
  • Experience from a product portfolio within Risk/Credit, Compliance, Master data or Marketing solutions is a merit.
  • Experience from sales within Tech. Understanding of data-flow and the value data and analytics brings, is a merit.
  • Strong understanding of customer processes and the relevant customer proposition within the specific area of expertise.
  • Senior experience from Solution Sales.
  • Full work proficiency in English and Norwegian language skills are required.
  • Highly Results driven.
