Job summary

Techconsult AS is seeking an Automation - Senior Engineer for Stavanger. You will produce and revise SAS documentation, drawings, and work packages for offshore installation projects, and you will order automation materials.

You will also contribute to studies and FEL work and ensure discipline checks and approvals of documents. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s in Automation/Cybernetics and 7-12 years of SAS experience, with knowledge of IEC 61850, 61508/11, ISO 11064, and Norsok

Qualifications

7-12 years' experience with SAS systems in modification projects.
Experience with offshore installations in operation.
Knowledge of IEC 61850, IEC 61508/61511, ISO 11064 and Norsok standards.
FSE and EX Basic Course certificates are preferred.
Ability to order automation materials and read P&IDs and drawings from multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

Produce and revise SAS documentation, drawings and work packages for offshore installation projects.
Order automation materials and ensure compatibility with project P&IDs and drawings.
Create deliverables for studies and FEL work.
Develop documentation for Safety and Automation Systems (SAS).
Discipline check and approval of documents and drawings in the project.
