Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to produce SAS documentation and drawings, and to order offshore automation materials. The role involves collaboration with clients and vendors on technical solutions and progressing FEL studies.

This position requires offshore experience and strong knowledge of SAS/IACS/OT systems. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Automation/Cybernetics with 7–12 years of SAS system experience, including offshore

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation/Cybernetics.
7-12 years' experience with SAS systems in modification projects.
Experience with offshore installations when in operation.
Knowledge of SAS/IACS/OT solutions (Emerson, Siemens, ABB, Kongsberg, Honeywell).
Familiarity with IEC 61508/61511, IEC 62443, ATEX, and Norsok.

Responsibilities

Produce SAS documentation and drawings (SCD, loop diagrams, IS Loop Calculations).
Produce work packages for installation and deliverables for FEL studies.
Order automation materials for offshore installation and understand P&IDs and drawings.
Collaborate with client and vendors to find optimal technical solutions.
Discipline check and approval of documents and drawings.
