Rystad Energy seeks a highly skilled Salesforce professional to design, develop, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing and Revenue clouds. You will work in a fast-moving environment shaping architecture, integrations and AI-enabled workflows with a focus on measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development and architecture.
• Expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and integration architecture patterns.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and governance models.
• Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
• Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud is highly valued.
• Experience with Salesforce AI, including agent actions/skills, grounding, controls, testing and measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based development, DevOps, and release management.
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and scalable system design.

Responsabilités

• Design scalable Salesforce solution architectures across multiple clouds.
• Lead complex Salesforce implementations, enhancements and integrations.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Drive best practices across development, security, governance and release management.
• Build and optimize integrations using Salesforce APIs, middleware and external platforms.
• Develop Salesforce functionality using Flow, Apex, LWC and declarative capabilities.
• Support and extend Data Cloud capabilities and customer data strategies.
• Contribute to discovery workshops, solution design sessions and architecture reviews.
• Shape AI/Agentforce roadmap for measurable business outcomes across sales, service and revenue workflows.
• Mentor developers and foster a strong engineering culture.
• Stay updated on Salesforce innovations, AI capabilities and emerging tech.
