Position Summary
As a Senior Regional Director of Enterprise and Global Accounts, you will be responsible for leading and scaling a talented team of Account Managers for the Nordics region to help drive the overall revenue growth of Bentley Systems and improve user engagement. Responsibilities include managing, leading, and helping your team close strategic Bentley opportunities within the region. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of sales experience, excellent organizational, communication, and selling skills. This role aims to improve current sales objectives and develop new strategies by leveraging metrics and analyzing trends to grow Bentley’s customer base and exceed quotas for the Nordics region.
