Job summary

RavenPack in Marbella, Spain, seeks a Senior Quantitative Researcher to drive AI-powered investment use cases across our product suite, from alpha-generating datasets to intelligent agents and workflow solutions for finance professionals.

You’ll combine deep quantitative finance expertise with ML/NLP skills, lead POC work with enterprise clients, collaborate with engineers and product managers, and help shape scalable AI solutions for finance.

Qualifications

• MSc/PhD in CS, ML, NLP, Quant Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quantitative investment strategies.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, LRMs, and coding assistant technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and build ML/NLP-powered solutions for alpha generation and financial workflows.
• Engage with clients during POCs and pilots, iterating solutions based on feedback.
• Apply LLMs/LRMs, fine-tuning, and multi-agent systems to investment challenges.
• Lead internal R&D aligned with strategic business goals.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and executives to deliver scalable solutions.
• Represent RavenPack at conferences, communities, and client events.
