Job summary

Archer Norge seeks a QHSE Lead to partner with Engineering and Project teams, embedding safety, quality and continuous improvement into every phase of the project lifecycle.

You will move between big picture and detail, identify risks and quality gaps, and coach teams to deliver high-quality results. Fluent Norwegian and English, minimum 5 years in project-based engineering, and a relevant degree are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, project management, QHSE or a relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience from a project-based engineering environment.
• Experience with QHSE systems and requirements within the oil & gas industry.
• Fluent Norwegian and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QHSE processes in line with internal and client requirements, standards, and regulations.
• Promote QHSE throughout the project lifecycle with guidance and mentoring to the Engineering team.
• Monitor projects and engineering quality, providing independent assurance and challenging where requirements are not met.
• Lead risk and quality reviews, audits, and assessments and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement across HSE, quality, and project performance.
