You will act independently of individual project delivery teams, providing a strong second line of assurance while remaining a valued and supportive resource to Project Managers and the Archer Engineering team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, asking the right questions, improving the way things are done and making a difference to project performance. You will have the independence to challenge when needed, but also the opportunity to coach, mentor and enable teams to deliver high‑quality results.

Someone who sees QHSE not just as a set of rules, but as an opportunity to strengthen our projects, support our people and continuously improve how we deliver.
