Job summary

Qualifications

• B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or equivalent knowledge built on practical experience.
• Experience with NX and Mechanical Engineering tools.
• Technical reporting skills.
• Positive, collaborative, and proactive approach.
• Passion for learning new skills and dedication to professional growth.
• Customer-oriented and service-minded attitude.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Providing the highest level of technical support for propulsion products to customers and stakeholders.
• Handling maintenance and troubleshooting for propellers, waterjets, and energy saving devices.
• Analyzing field experience and customer feedback data to improve products and solutions.
• Mechanical engineering tasks, repair solutions, and 3D modelling/drawing updates.
• Creating reports with conclusions and recommendations through analysis.
• Engaging and collaborating with others to deliver results.
• Some travelling may be requested but will not be mandatory.
