Job summary

Nexans seeks a Specialist Project Planner to lead scheduling for high-value EPC/EPCI projects within Power Transmission. You will drive strategic planning, coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and project management, and mentor planning staff across global teams.

The role requires expert Primavera P6/MS Project skills, extensive project planning experience, and strong communication. Fluent English is essential; Norwegian is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent competence in a relevant field.
• Expert-level planning and scheduling capability with Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Over 10 years of experience as Project Planner in offshore, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Fluent English; Norwegian is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reliable schedules for strategic and complex EPC/EPCI projects.
• Coordinate planning contributions with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and PM teams.
• Mentor Project Planners and Senior Project Planners across the discipline.
• Act as technical authority for complex planning challenges and continuous improvement.
