As a Senior Project Manager at Sourcing in Telia, you will represent Sourcing interest in cross-functional programs, workshops and stakeholder engagement to gather insights, align on compliance and/or sustainability goals, and continuously improve processes through collaborative input and structured dialogue.

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll…

…take ownership of large, complex cross-functional projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery by coordinating with various senior stakeholders and departments. The role will involve leading and driving sourcing and supplier activities in Mergers and Acquisitions, working closely with legal, finance, IT, and other internal stakeholders to minimize risks and maximize value.

You will also take charge of onboarding Telia’s suppliers to new regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the supply chain in collaboration with legal, security, and various business units.

You excel at building relationships and managing stakeholders, and you're confident in communication and negotiation. You bring extensive industry experience instrategic sourcing,process development, andbusiness analytics. You're also comfortable with change - ready to challenge the status quo, simplify complexity, with great care for people and outcomes.

Additionally, we value:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, law, or a related field
• Fluency in English, with a Nordic language as a plus
• Experience in M&A, supply chain compliance, or consulting
• Well-versed within project management, sourcing, and business optimization
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as NIS2 and DORA
