Senior Project Completion Engineer – Fire and Gas Systems

Location: Onshore (Stord) with offshore mobilization as needed.
Start: 03.11.2025

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Completion Engineer specializing in Fire and Gas (F&G) Systems to join our team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commissioning activities for F&G systems.
• Develop, review, and implement F&G commissioning strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Coordinate with various project teams and contractors to ensure readiness and execution of commissioning tasks.
• Manage commissioning scope in alignment with performance standards.
• Act as Commissioning Authority on-site during commissioning phases as needed.
• Participate in the transition and handover of systems to Operations, ensuring safe and efficient start-up.
• Provide input to commissioning schedules, forecasts, and cost estimates.
• Supervise and coordinate dynamic commissioning activities offshore.
• Witness FAT/SAT, ensure correct installation quality, and follow up on site execution.

Education and experience

Extensive experience in commissioning, preferably within offshore oil and gas projects.

Specific experience with Fire and Gas systems and their integration in commissioning processes.

Strong understanding of completion processes and transition to operations.

Certifications

Documented EX competence with valid classroom certification is needed.

Skills

Strong leadership and coordination skills in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

High focus on HSE in all project activities.

Ability to work both onshore and offshore as needed.
