Job summary

WPP Production is seeking an Account Director to lead end-to-end production delivery, manage client relationships, and oversee multi-disciplinary teams across projects. This role requires strong production expertise, strategic client management, and a track record of delivering on time, on spec, and on budget.

You will collaborate with Client Services, Production and Finance to allocate resources, optimize profitability, and ensure flawless execution for clients and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong primary production experience.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior client and inter-agency stakeholders.
• Experience of building solid client relationships across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client delivery with a focus on client satisfaction and delivery.
• Oversee on-time delivery of projects and resolve issues to maintain confidence in capabilities.
• Act as the primary client contact for project delivery and set/manage expectations and deliverables.
• Collaborate with brands and agencies to ensure production briefs, timelines and deliverables are clear.
• Ensure all team members are aware of timelines and deliverables and optimise resources.
