Tise AS in Oslo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the cross-functional Supply team. You will own the product roadmap, collaborate with Design and Engineering to deliver visually compelling interfaces, and drive growth with data-driven experimentation.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our cross-functional Supply team in Oslo.

About the Role and Team

As a Senior PM at Tise, you will balance leading a long-term strategic domain with accomplishing short-term impact. Specifically, you will take the reins of our Supply domain. Your team’s mission is to empower sellers with fabulous tools and seamless integrations to build a relevant fashion inventory that Tise’s community loves. The team’s domains encompasses listing creation, seller tools, inventory density, and eBay cross-listing initiatives.

What You'll Accomplish

Strategic Leadership & Domain Ownership: Translate Tise's mission into a high-impact roadmap for the Supply domain, navigating complex, ambiguous problem spaces.

Elevate Product Taste & Experience: Partner closely with Design and Engineering to craft visually spectacular, and frictionless interfaces. You ensure our seller ecosystem directly resonates with the lifestyle, trends, and high aesthetic expectations of our Gen Z user base.

Dedicated Execution: Establish and monitor success metrics aligned with company goals and achievements, prioritising meaningful outcomes over output using data to validate impact.

Full-Cycle Delivery & Workflow Innovation: Drive the execution of the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. You maintain a high bar for excellence while prioritising momentum and validated learning. We expect you to lead modern product delivery and actively experiment with AI technologies. You will improve team workflows and prefer early, iterative releases rather than waiting for a 'perfect' solution.

Communicate and Evolve: Keep collaborators aligned and the company advised through transparent storytelling.

What You'll Bring

Experience: 5+ years in Product Management (or equivalent), leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex software, marketplace, or data solutions.

Impeccable Product Taste: A consistent track record of building visually compelling, and highly engaging consumer-facing products.

Proven Impact: A track record of driving meaningful growth in platform, product, or business targets through rigorous product optimization.

Communication Excellence: The ability to manage stakeholders and articulate complex product or technical strategies with clarity and confidence.

The AI Bonus: Hands-on experience applying AI tech within product development or using AI tools to optimize team workflows is a definite plus.
