Qualifications

• Master's in product development or 7+ years in industrial roles.
• Proven experience leading products from concept to launch.
• Strong problem-solving in complex engineering contexts.
• Experience in product development from concept to production.
• High proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks).
• Solid understanding of DFM/A (Design for Manufacturing/Assembly).
• Experience applying project management in development projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
