Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering required or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in oil & gas or related sectors.
• Strong process design proficiency and ability to lead technical tasks.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering activities across tenders and project execution.
• Collaborate with the Discipline Manager to align process team objectives.
• Provide process input to design activities across disciplines within the project team.
• Serve as process engineering interface with internal disciplines, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables meet scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies, conceptual design, and process studies.
• Develop key process design documentation and mentor other engineers.
• Represent process engineering in design reviews and client/vendor meetings.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvements.
