Qualifications

• Minimum 5 års erfaring innen prosessingeniørfag i olje- og gassindustrien.

• Utføre og evaluere prosessimuleringer.
• Forberede P&ID, linjelister og designrapporter.

Job description

The company is a leading supplier of projects within electrification, offshore wind, and life extension, and has a clear objective to make a strong contribution towards the green shift. Due to a large increase in the number of assignments, we need a systematic and accurate Senior Process Engineer for immediate start-up at the company's head office in Stavanger.

Planned start date: ASAP
Planned end date: 31.12.24
Location: Stavanger

Please note that this is a senior position and candidates with minimal experience are not according to spec. Experience from projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf will be strongly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform and evaluate process simulations
2. Preliminary and detail process design
3. Calculation and dimensioning of piping, valves, and process equipment
4. Prepare P&ID, line lists, and design reports
5. Project work in multidiscipline teams
6. Active participation in HAZOP, design reviews, etc.

Required Education:

1. Master or bachelor degree in Chemistry or process related Engineering

Required Work Experience:

1. Minimum 5 years work experience in process engineering within the Oil & Gas industry in the NCS
2. Experience with EPCIC, FEED and early study projects
3. Experience with process simulation tools such as HYSYS, UNISIM and/or Flarenet
4. Experience and knowledge of offshore process and utility system and process control
5. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, i.e. NORSOK, PSA, API standards, etc.

Required Qualifications:

1. Simulation competence – preferable
2. Have good communication skills, orally and written, in Norwegian and English
3. Have a cooperative working attitude
4. Be systematic and accurate
5. Have high loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements
6. Be proactive, seeking advice and sharing own experience with others
